APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Millcreek

I wanted to leave feedback for maintenance done in my apartment. Duane was super prompt and fixed a dial that broke off the washing machine, and replaced a missing screw which was causing it to rock back and forth while in use. He also fixed a leaky faucet about a week earlier! I really appreciated his help — you hear a lot of nightmare stories about apartments being bad about fixing things when tenants need help but he was super helpful and knowledgable!

We have lived here two years and just signed another year and are moving into a 3 bedroom. Management is responsive anytime you contact them and Duane and Layne the maintained men are beyond amazing, they are super friendly and respectful,great with people's pets and have always shown up when we needed something in our unit fixed.

I’ve lived here for a month now and so far it’s been good. Everyone in office is friendly and helpful. Gym is a nice bonus and hardly ever busy. I love the amenities for the kids. Quick to get things fixed, overall been a wonderful experience so far.

Moved in a few weeks ago and Carli (one of the leasing managers) made our move in and application so smooth, simple, and stress free. Every-time we come in she makes sure that we are taken care of. We have had a few maintenance requests made (which is expected) and the problems/issues are always resolved the next day. We are waiting for a part for our washing machine but the leasing office has stayed in contact and kept us up to date. The pool is a good size and located in a nice area for all the residents. There is plenty of parking and kids play outside on bikes all the time which help make it feel a sense of community. I would definitely recommend these apartments if you’re looking for anything in the area!

Really friendly staff, the upgraded pool is great, with the addition of 3 gas grills. The ground keepers are always taking care of the property and trash valet is super convenient. Unsurprisingly, is a friendly community aswell.

Really friendly staff, great community, friendly neighbors, well maintained property. I have enjoyed my time with them.
